Nicholas Croggon is an art historian, editor and critic based in New York.  He is currently a Fellow at Columbia University, where is completing a PhD on the intersection of film, video and avant-garde art in the 1970s.

Nicholas is a founding editor of the Australian contemporary art journal Discipline, and the editor of two books on contemporary art history.  In a previous life, he worked as a solicitor at an Australian not-for-profit organisation, practicing environmental law.
